Miembros de Archivo de la Memoria Trans se unen con artista-educadore Catalina Schliebener Muñoz en el patio del KJCC de NYU para una conversación sobre la protección, construcción y reivindicación de la Memoria Trans. AMT reúne imágenes y relatos sobre la historia reciente de las comunidad trans de Argentina, con un archivo que comprende un acervo de más de 15.000 piezas.
Esta conversación se organiza en el marco de la exposición actual en Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art de Archivo de la Memoria Trans: Nuestros códigos (Our codes), una presentación de diapositivas por Archivo de Memoria Trans Argentina.
Fridays on the Patio es un programa centrado en estudiantes, pero abierto a todes. Reunidos en el patio del KJCC, se comparten comida, charlas y actividades. El programa aspira disponer programas diversos para celebrar y recibir todos los miembros de la comunidad. Mas que todo, esté serie de eventos se enfoca en elevar la calidad de vida y crear experiencias agradables. Gratuita y abierta a todo público.
Accesibilidad
El patio del KJCC es accesible para sillas de ruedas. Hay una entrada con rampa de acceso y el auditorio está en el primer piso. Los baños están diferenciados por género. El de hombres está en el primer piso y ascensores que lo llevan a los baños de mujeres en el segundo piso.

Members of Archivo de la Memoria Trans join artist-educator Catalina Schliebener Muñoz on the KJCC patio at NYU for a conversation on the development, protection, and reclaiming of the trans memory. AMT collects images and related objects from recent history of the Argentinian trans community, with an archive comprised of more than 15,000 pieces.
This conversation is organized in the framework of the exhibited work on view at Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art, Archivo de la Memoria Trans: Nuestros códigos (Our codes), a slideshow of works from Archivo de Memoria Trans Argentina.
Fridays on the Patio is student-centered program that is open to all. In the space of KJCC’s patio, programs focus on bringing together conversation, activities, and light snacks. The program aims to provide a diverse array of programming so that all community members feel welcome and celebrated. More than anything, this event series focuses on elevating the quality of life and creating enjoyable experiences. Free and open to the public.
Accessibility
The King Juan Carlos Center is wheelchair and mobility-scooter friendly. There is an access ramp entrance and the auditorium is on the first floor. Bathrooms are gendered, with elevators to take you to the women’s restrooms, and men’s on the first floor.
