Charles Bell 1935 - 1995 Born in Tulsa , Oklahoma , Bell was a photorealist still life painter affiliated with the Louis Meisel Gallery in New York City where he lived. His photorealist work is distinguished by the fact that his subject matter is in a scale of as much as ten times life size.
